AeroLeads Review

AeroLeads finds verified B2B emails and phone numbers via a Chrome extension, CSV enrichment, and LinkedIn lookups, syncing results to any CRM.

AeroLeads is a B2B contact-finding tool built around a Chrome extension: browse a LinkedIn profile, click the extension, and it surfaces a verified email and phone number for that person. It also handles the reverse workflows — upload a CSV of names and companies for bulk enrichment, or feed in LinkedIn URLs directly — and syncs whatever it finds to a CRM. This review covers verified pricing, what the vendor claims versus what we could confirm independently, and who the credit-based model fits.

Verdict at a glance

Best forIndividual reps and small agencies prospecting straight from LinkedIn or a spreadsheet
Starting price$49/month (Take Off: 1 user, 2,000 credits, 80 phone lookups)
Real cost per contact~2.5 cents/credit on Take Off, dropping to ~1.5 cents/credit on Cruise
Setup speedChrome extension install plus CRM connection; minutes, not hours
Standout featureMultiple input paths (extension, CSV, URL list) into one enrichment pipeline
Biggest caveatPhone lookups are capped separately from credits (80/200/400 per plan) — a second limit most buyers miss
Third-party ratingNot independently verifiable at time of writing (see below)

What is AeroLeads?

AeroLeads sits in the same category as UpLead, Hunter.io, and Lusha: find a verified email or direct-dial number for a specific person, then move it into a CRM or sequencer. What differentiates the workflow is flexibility of input — the Chrome extension pulls contact data while you're already browsing LinkedIn, the CSV upload handles list enrichment for names you already have, and a direct LinkedIn URL search covers the middle case. The vendor advertises a database in the hundreds of millions of contacts; we could not independently confirm that figure, so treat it as a vendor claim rather than a verified count.

How it works

Each plan is metered in credits, and each contact record you pull — through the extension, a CSV row, or a URL lookup — consumes one credit. Personal phone numbers draw from a separate, smaller monthly allotment on every tier. Once found, records export to CSV or sync natively to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, FreshSales, Mailchimp, or Insightly, with Zapier covering anything else. AeroLeads also bundles a basic cold email sending tool, so a small team could run prospecting and a first outreach sequence from a single subscription rather than pairing a separate sequencer.

The credit price looks straightforward, but two things change the real math. First, credits reset monthly and don't roll over, so a slow month is simply lost spend. Second, the phone-lookup cap is separate from and smaller than the credit pool — on Take Off, you'll run out of phone lookups (80) long before you exhaust 2,000 email credits, which matters if your use case leans on direct dials rather than email. The vendor's site doesn't publish an overage rate for exceeding credits or phone lookups mid-cycle, so buyers on tight budgets should confirm that directly with sales before committing.

What we could and couldn't verify

We attempted to pull independent sentiment from G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot; G2 and Trustpilot blocked automated access, and the Capterra page did not return AeroLeads-specific review content. We also could not run a fresh search for recent user commentary in this pass. As a result, we have no reliable third-party rating or review-count to cite, and no sourced complaint themes to report — we're not going to invent sentiment to fill the gap. If you're evaluating AeroLeads, checking G2 and Capterra directly for current ratings before buying is worth the five minutes, since that data wasn't accessible to us here.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Three separate input methods (extension, CSV, LinkedIn URL) cover most prospecting workflows without switching tools
  • Entry price ($49/month) is accessible for a solo rep or small team
  • Native sync to major CRMs plus Zapier for everything else
  • Built-in email verification and a basic sending tool reduce the need for a second product early on
  • No credit card required for the free trial, per the vendor

Cons

  • Phone number lookups are capped well below the credit allowance on every plan, a limit that's easy to miss until you hit it
  • Unused credits expire monthly with no rollover
  • No published overage pricing for exceeding plan limits mid-cycle
  • No independently verifiable review data at time of writing

AeroLeads alternatives

The B2B contact-finding category is crowded and most tools compete on database size and per-credit price rather than unique features:

  • UpLead — similar credit-based email finding with a stated real-time verification guarantee.
  • Hunter.io — email-pattern finding and verification, popular for its free tier and simplicity.
  • Lusha — strong on direct-dial phone numbers, a common pairing or alternative when phone data matters most.
  • RocketReach — large contact database with browser extension and API access.
  • Prospeo — lower-cost email and phone finding aimed at high-volume users.
  • Datagma — enrichment-focused API and CSV workflows for teams building their own tooling.

If your workflow is phone-number-heavy, compare the per-lookup phone allowance across these tools directly — it's the number most pricing pages bury.

Who should use AeroLeads — and who shouldn't

Good fit: solo reps and small agencies who prospect directly from LinkedIn and want email, phone, and light sequencing in one subscription; teams enriching existing CSV lists rather than searching a database from scratch.

Poor fit: teams whose outreach is phone-heavy at volume (the phone-lookup caps bind fast); buyers who need a large, independently benchmarked contact database and can't accept an unverifiable vendor claim on size; anyone who needs guaranteed rollover on unused monthly credits.
