AiSDR Review

AiSDR is an AI SDR platform that researches leads, personalizes multichannel outreach, and books meetings, with plans starting at $250 per month.

AiSDR positions itself as a replacement for a junior SDR: it finds prospects showing buying-intent signals, researches them, writes personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone, and aims to hand you a booked meeting rather than just a list of sent messages. This review covers what's verifiable on the vendor's own site, what the pricing actually works out to, and where independent evidence runs thin.

What kind of tool is AiSDR?

AiSDR bundles four things that are usually separate purchases: lead discovery, research and personalization, multichannel sending, and the email infrastructure underneath it. Instead of connecting your own domains and mailboxes to a sequencer, every plan includes a set number of domains and mailboxes with warmup handled by AiSDR. The vendor's pitch is buying-intent targeting first — it says it looks for prospects showing signals of active interest rather than just matching firmographic filters, then layers personalization from LinkedIn activity, recent company news, and industry context on top.

The vendor cites 250+ customers and names enterprise accounts including Disney, Airbnb, Salesforce, Lyft, and Medisafe among its users, alongside self-reported outcome ranges (1-3 qualified meetings per 100 leads contacted, 5-19% reply rates) — vendor-supplied figures, not independently audited, so treat them as advertised rather than verified.

How it works

Setup starts with an AI strategist tool called Ami that generates a full go-to-market campaign plan (targeting, messaging, sequencing) in about 20 minutes, per the vendor. Campaigns then run across email, LinkedIn, and phone (voice calling via an Aircall integration), with rule-based logic to handle replies and objections. Explore and Scale plans add a dedicated GTM engineer and, at Scale, bi-weekly reviews — the onboarding leans closer to a managed rollout than pure self-serve, especially compared with lighter-weight sequencing tools.

AiSDR pricing (2026)

PlanMonthly priceContacts/monthIncluded infrastructureBilling
Solo$2502001 domain, 3 mailboxes, 1 LinkedIn accountMonthly, cancel anytime
Explore$9008002 domains, 6 mailboxes, 5 LinkedIn accountsQuarterly, paid in advance
Scale$2,5002,5006 domains, 18 mailboxes, 20 LinkedIn accountsQuarterly, paid in advance

The headline numbers work out to roughly $1.00-$1.25 per researched contact, a different unit-economics model than per-mailbox infrastructure pricing. Two things the sticker price hides:

  • Quarterly billing on Explore and Scale is a cash-flow commitment, not a monthly bill. Explore means $2,700 due upfront per quarter; Scale means $7,500 upfront. Only Solo is cancel-anytime.
  • Managed-service add-ons roughly double the real cost. Explore's managed option runs +$149 per campaign; Scale's fully managed add-on is a flat +$2,500/month, doubling the plan's sticker price to $5,000/month all-in.
  • Annual prepay saves 20% on every tier.

What we could and couldn't verify

AiSDR shows up in aggregator listings with a G2 rating that appears to sit in the high-4 range across somewhere between roughly 80 and 100 reviews — different search snippets returned slightly different counts, and G2's site blocked direct access during this review, so we could not confirm the exact score or read the underlying review text ourselves. A Reddit thread titled around AiSDR review — has anyone gotten real meetings from it surfaced in search results, suggesting at least some public skepticism about the meeting-booking promise, but the thread wasn't reachable to confirm specifics. We found no usable Trustpilot or Capterra review data.

In short: there are signals of a reasonably sized, mostly positive G2 review base, but we could not independently verify the number or read specific praise and complaints in reviewers' own words. Treat any rating cited elsewhere as a lead to check on G2 yourself, not a confirmed figure.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Bundles lead sourcing, personalization, sending, and email infrastructure into one platform
  • Intent-signal targeting instead of pure firmographic list-building, per the vendor
  • Multichannel by default (email, LinkedIn, phone) rather than email-only
  • CRM sync built in (HubSpot on all plans, Salesforce at Scale)
  • Named enterprise customers suggest real-scale usage, not just early-stage buyers

Cons

  • No free trial at any tier
  • Explore and Scale require quarterly payment in advance, not monthly billing
  • Managed-service add-ons can double the effective monthly cost
  • Outcome stats (reply rates, meetings per 100 leads) are vendor-reported, not audited
  • Independent review data was hard to verify directly at the time of this review

AiSDR alternatives

AiSDR competes most directly with other full-stack AI SDR platforms, and overlaps with inbox infrastructure since mailboxes and warmup are bundled in:

  • Artisan — closest head-to-head competitor, similar all-in-one positioning.
  • Agent Frank — notably cheaper entry point for AI-driven outreach without platform-tier pricing.
  • Humanlinker — leans on LinkedIn-specific personalization over full multichannel automation.
  • Overloop.ai — sequencing and outreach automation with a lighter, more self-serve feel.
  • Unify — intent-signal go-to-market platform, closer to a data/signals layer than a full AI SDR.
  • Slicey — managed, done-for-you Google and Microsoft inboxes (Microsoft from $0.49 per inbox) with a self-serve dashboard, delivered pre-warmed with deliverability monitoring and automatic domain swaps. Slicey customers also get Outfalcon, a free bundled sequencer with unlimited sending. Worth a look if you want the infrastructure and sending layer on its own, without paying AI SDR platform prices for it.

Who should use AiSDR — and who shouldn't

Good fit: teams with budget for platform-level pricing that want prospecting, personalization, sending, and infrastructure handled in one place; companies already standardized on HubSpot or Salesforce that want native sync; teams that want a dedicated GTM engineer involved in onboarding rather than pure self-serve.

Poor fit: bootstrapped teams or solo founders who can't absorb $250-$2,500/month plus quarterly commitments above the entry tier; teams that want to test-drive before committing (there's no free trial); anyone who specifically wants to keep inbox infrastructure and outreach sequencing separate from lead sourcing, where a narrower tool would be cheaper.
