AiXUP Review

AiXUP is an AI prospecting and lead-enrichment platform, now sold under the White Label Suite brand, built for agencies to resell starting at $297/month.

AiXUP is an AI-driven lead intelligence and prospecting platform built for agencies that want to resell it under their own brand. The catch: the vendor now markets this product as White Label Suite at whitelabelsuite.com, with "AiXUP" surviving mainly as a legacy support subdomain and in older marketplace listings. This review covers what the tool verifiably does today, what it costs, and the naming situation worth knowing before you buy.

What is AiXUP?

AiXUP bills itself as an AI-powered lead intelligence platform: it searches for prospects, enriches the ones it finds with verified contact data, and lets users spin up "AI Agents" that automate the search-enrich-send workflow. The pitch is aimed squarely at agencies rather than individual reps — every plan ships with white-label branding and resale rights, and the product is built to be sold to an agency's own clients under a different name.

That resale-first design is also why the naming here is confusing. The live marketing site now presents the product exclusively as "White Label Suite," with no AiXUP branding in its navigation, logo, or pricing tables. The only surviving references are a legacy support subdomain (support.aixup.ai) and a scattering of marketplace and directory pages still using the AiXUP name. The separate aixup.ai domain currently redirects to whitelabelsuite.com. Older listings describe a planned switch from White Label Suite to the AiXUP name, but the live site today shows the reverse: AiXUP routing back into White Label Suite. Expect to interact with the product under the White Label Suite name, whatever a given directory calls it.

How it works

The workflow is search, enrich, sync. Users run one of five search types — people, local businesses, companies, domains, or social influencers — pull verified emails and phone numbers plus firmographic detail, and push results into a CRM via native integrations (HighLevel, Keap, GrooveFunnels, Sales Connector) or Zapier and webhooks for anything else. AI Agents sit on top of that pipeline to automate the repeat steps: running searches on a schedule, enriching new records, and drafting outreach copy.

Each action consumes credits from the plan's monthly allotment, but the vendor site doesn't publish what one credit actually buys (a search versus an enrichment versus a message draft), making real usage costs hard to estimate before signing up.

AiXUP pricing (2026)

PlanMonthly priceAnnual priceCredits/monthSub-accountsClient support
Growth$297$2,9971,0003No
Scale$497$4,9972,5006No
Empire$997$9,9975,000UnlimitedYes

The per-credit math favors skipping the entry tier: Growth works out to roughly $0.297 per credit, while Scale and Empire both land near $0.199 per credit — essentially the same rate despite Empire costing twice as much. In practice, Scale is the value tier; Empire's extra cost buys more sub-accounts and included client support, not a better credit rate. Annual billing knocks a bit under two months' price off each tier (Growth's $2,997/year works out to about $249.75/month, versus $297 paid monthly).

Outside the core plans, one-off AI Agent build services run $497 for a single agent or $997 for three — worth budgeting separately if you want custom agents rather than defaults.

What we could and couldn't verify

We verified pricing, plan structure, and feature claims directly from the live vendor site. What we could not verify: any independent review data. Searches for AiXUP and White Label Suite on G2, Trustpilot, and Reddit turned up nothing substantive — no rating, no review count, no complaint or praise threads. The only third-party coverage found is a marketplace listing and a couple of directory pages, none with user ratings. That absence doesn't mean the product is unreliable; it means there's no outside evidence yet to weigh against the vendor's own claims, worth factoring into due diligence before an annual commitment.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • White-label branding and resale rights included on every plan, not gated to the top tier
  • Five distinct search types cover people, local businesses, companies, domains, and influencers in one tool
  • Native integrations with HighLevel, Keap, GrooveFunnels, and Sales Connector, plus Zapier and webhooks
  • Per-credit cost improves substantially once you move past the entry Growth plan

Cons

  • No independent reviews found on G2, Trustpilot, or Reddit to check real-world lead quality or support
  • Growth, the entry plan, carries the worst per-credit economics of the three tiers
  • Vendor doesn't define what a "credit" costs in concrete search or enrichment terms
  • Brand confusion between AiXUP and White Label Suite makes it unclear which name to search for support
  • No free trial or single-user tier; plans start at $297/month, priced for agencies, not solo operators

AiXUP alternatives

Several AI prospecting tools overlap with what AiXUP/White Label Suite offers, though most skew toward direct sales teams rather than agency resale:

  • Artisan — an AI "BDR" (Ava) that runs full outbound sequences on top of prospecting, not just lead search
  • Amplemarket — combines prospecting, sequencing, and buying-intent signals in one platform
  • AiSDR — an AI sales development rep focused on managing inbound and outbound email conversation
  • Unify — a go-to-market data platform blending intent signals with enrichment and plays
  • LaGrowthMachine — multichannel prospecting across LinkedIn and email with built-in enrichment

None are built around white-label resale the way AiXUP/White Label Suite is, so if reselling under your own brand is the actual requirement, the comparison set narrows fast.

Who should use AiXUP — and who shouldn't

Good fit: marketing or lead-gen agencies, especially those already inside the GoHighLevel ecosystem, that want to package prospecting and enrichment as a client-facing service under their own name.

Poor fit: individual reps or small in-house teams who don't need resale rights and would rather pay per-seat; anyone who wants outside proof (reviews, case studies, deliverability numbers) before committing $297-$997 a month; buyers wary of the AiXUP/White Label Suite naming overlap who'd rather deal with a vendor whose brand isn't in flux.
