BrandNav Review

BrandNav is a B2B data suite bundling a contact finder, email verifier, eCommerce lead screener, and blacklist monitor on separate credit plans.

BrandNav.io sells itself as a single answer to bad outreach data: find verified contacts, clean up existing lists, and watch for blacklist trouble before it hurts deliverability. Under the hood it's four separate products — Screener, Enricher, Verifier, and Blacklist Shield — each billed on its own credit plan. This review covers what's verified from the vendor's site, what we couldn't confirm independently, and what the full advertised workflow actually costs.

Verdict at a glance

Best forSales/marketing teams and recruiters who want contact search, verification, and eCommerce prospecting from one vendor
Starting priceFree tier (200 Screener / 25 Enricher / 100 Verifier credits); paid Enricher plans from $19/month
Real cost to run the full workflowRoughly $68+/month once you add a Verifier plan on top of Enricher, before Screener or Blacklist Shield
Setup speedSelf-serve signup, no credit card required for the free tier
Standout featureBlacklist Shield's weekly scan across 98 DNSBLs plus SPF/DKIM/DMARC and RDNS checks
Biggest caveatFour products, four separate credit pools and bills — the "one tool" pitch doesn't match the checkout flow
Third-party ratingVendor claims 4.8/5 on G2; we could not independently verify this (G2 blocked our fetch) and found no visible Reddit or Trustpilot discussion of the tool by name

What kind of tool is BrandNav?

BrandNav bundles four functions under one login: Screener for building lists of eCommerce and DTC brands from a claimed 15M+ store database with 25+ filters; Enricher, an AI contact finder surfacing verified emails, phones, and LinkedIn profiles; Email Verifier for real-time and bulk bounce-risk checks; and Blacklist Shield, which scans domains and IPs against 98 DNSBLs and checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and RDNS/SMTP uptime weekly.

The pitch is one loop — find contacts, verify them, keep sending domains clean — without stitching together three point tools. The catch, covered below, is that BrandNav is still three or four separate subscriptions.

How it works

Signup starts free, no card required: 200 Screener, 25 Enricher, and 100 Verifier credits, plus basic Blacklist Shield access. Each product then scales independently. Enricher and Verifier use a credits-per-month model with rollover; Screener is priced on daily search caps and monthly export quotas; Blacklist Shield is priced by monitored sending accounts rather than activity.

CSV enrichment lets existing lists be uploaded and refreshed against BrandNav's data instead of requiring contact-by-contact lookups — the more practical path for cleaning an old list rather than building one from scratch.

BrandNav pricing (2026)

Enricher (contact finder):

PlanPrice/moCreditsCost per credit
Free$025
Basic$191,000~$0.019
Business$385,000~$0.0076
Enterprise$9415,000~$0.0063

Verifier (email verification), billed separately:

TierPrice/moCreditsNotes
Tier 1$497,500
Tier 2$9818,000Vendor's "most popular" tier
Tier 3$14732,000Adds API key access

Screener (eCommerce/DTC lead database), billed separately:

PlanPrice/moDaily searchesMonthly export capSeats
Beginner$49202,0001
Pro$9910015,0001
Legend$1491,00070,0003 (vendor lists as "soon")
Enterprise$2995,000150,0005 (vendor lists as "soon")

Blacklist Shield: $145/month covers up to 150 monitored sending accounts (~$0.97 per account monthly); the free tier includes limited monitoring only.

The real-cost catch: the homepage sells "find, verify, and protect" as one story, but no single plan buys all three. Meaningful contact-finding volume plus real verification capacity means stacking plans — Business Enricher ($38) plus Verifier Tier 1 ($49) runs roughly $87/month before Screener or a paid Blacklist Shield tier. The pricing page also references quarterly billing (around $113/quarter on Business Enricher) framed as a discount, though the math against monthly billing doesn't clearly reconcile — worth checking at checkout rather than taking the claim at face value.

What we could and couldn't verify

We verified pricing, credit structures, and feature descriptions from BrandNav's live site as of this writing. We could not verify the vendor's own claim of a 4.8/5 G2 rating and "10,000+ users" — BrandNav's G2 reviews page blocked our direct access attempt, and we found no independent Reddit or Trustpilot threads discussing BrandNav by name. That doesn't mean the rating is false, only that it's a vendor-asserted number we can't confirm. Check G2 yourself before weighting it into a buying decision.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Genuinely useful bundle of adjacent functions — list building, contact finding, verification, and blacklist monitoring — from one login
  • Free tier is real (no card required) and large enough to test each product before paying
  • Blacklist Shield's 98-DNSBL scan plus DNS-record checks is a more thorough deliverability check than most standalone verifiers offer
  • Credit rollover on Enricher and Verifier means unused credits aren't simply lost each month
  • CSV enrichment workflow suits list cleanup, not just net-new prospecting

Cons

  • Four products, four separate subscriptions and credit pools — running the full workflow costs more and is more fragmented than the "all-in-one" framing implies
  • No independently verifiable third-party review data at the time of writing
  • Screener's per-plan seat limits (3 and 5 seats) are listed as "soon," meaning multi-user access isn't fully live yet on those tiers
  • The quarterly-billing discount claim on the pricing page doesn't clearly reconcile against monthly pricing

BrandNav alternatives

BrandNav's Enricher and Verifier products compete most directly with dedicated contact-finding and email-verification tools:

  • Hunter.io — email finder and verifier with a long-standing free tier and broader name recognition in the category.
  • ZeroBounce — email verification specialist with a larger published track record on deliverability accuracy.
  • Lusha — B2B contact database focused on direct dials and verified emails, popular with sales teams.
  • Apollo.io — broader sales intelligence platform combining contact data with built-in sequencing, a bigger footprint than BrandNav's data-only focus.
  • Kickbox — email verification and deliverability tooling aimed at technical teams and larger sending volumes.

If the draw is contact search, verification, and blacklist monitoring under one vendor, BrandNav's bundle is fairly unusual; for best-in-class at any single function, the specialists above have a longer public track record.

Who should use BrandNav — and who shouldn't

Good fit: sales and marketing teams, recruiters, and agencies who want contact discovery, verification, and basic deliverability monitoring without managing three separate vendor relationships, and who are comfortable evaluating each product's free tier before committing to paid credits.

Poor fit: teams that want a single flat subscription rather than several credit-metered products; anyone relying heavily on third-party review validation before buying, given the current lack of independently verifiable G2 or Reddit sentiment; and teams whose main need is high-volume eCommerce list building on Legend or Enterprise Screener tiers, where multi-seat access is still listed as forthcoming.
