Clodura Review

Clodura bundles a 600M+ B2B contact database, email/phone finder, buyer intent alerts, outreach, and a dialer into one credit-priced GTM platform.

Clodura sells consolidation: instead of paying separately for a contact database, an email finder, a verifier, a sequencer, and a dialer, it bundles all five into one platform priced on a single credit system. This review covers what's actually in the plans, what the credits really cost per contact, and what the thin public review record says.

What kind of tool is Clodura?

Clodura is an all-in-one go-to-market platform: a verified B2B contact database (advertised at 600M+ contacts) feeds into email and phone finders, buyer-intent alerts flag accounts showing purchase signals, an automated sequencer (plus an AI agent called Atlas) handles outreach, and an integrated dialer called CallPilot puts cold calling in the same tab. It's a similar shape to Apollo — trade five subscriptions for one, priced on usage credits instead of per-feature tiers.

How it works

Every plan we checked — Free, Max, and Pay As You Go — ships the identical feature checklist: the same database access, the same waterfall email and phone finders, the same CallPilot dialer, the same mailbox warmup and inbox placement testing, the same Atlas AI SDR. The only thing that changes between plans is how many credits you get and how much they cost. That's a genuinely different model from providers that gate features (like a dialer or verification) behind higher tiers.

Credits convert at fixed rates: 1 credit per email found, 10 credits per phone number, 3 credits per call minute, 200 credits per mailbox warmup session, 50 credits per inbox placement test, and 1 credit per Atlas-written email. Standard email verification runs 0.04 credits; a deeper verification pass runs 0.1 credits.

Clodura pricing (2026)

Free Forever$0/mo100
Max (annual)$89/mo4,500/mo~$0.0198
Max (monthly)$99/mo4,500/mo~$0.022
Pay As You Go$99 one-time2,025~$0.0489

Real math: at the entry Max tier, a verified email runs about 2 cents; a direct-dial phone number runs about 20 cents (10 credits). A rep pulling 500 contacts with both needs roughly 5,500 credits a month — just over the base tier, pushing you to the 6,900-credit tier ($135/mo annual). Clodura labels its larger tiers with "volume discount" tags, but the real per-credit savings are small: about 1% off at 6,900 credits, climbing to only 5% off at 30,000. It reads like a bigger discount than it is. PAYG prices credits at roughly 2.5x the annual Max rate — fine for a one-off project, expensive as an ongoing plan. Clodura also advertises a 50%-off Startup Program without published eligibility criteria.

What we could and couldn't verify

Clodura's own site displays a 4.6/5 rating badge from G2 and claims 20,000+ GTM teams as customers; we could not independently confirm the G2 figure because G2's review pages sit behind a bot-detection challenge we did not attempt to bypass, so treat that number as a vendor claim, not a verified one.

Trustpilot is the one independent source we could access, and the picture is small and split: 3.5/5 average from just 5 reviews (2 five-star, 3 one-star). The negative reviews cluster around one theme — customers who bought an AppSumo lifetime deal say Clodura later removed suppression filters and advanced features from that plan, calling it a bait-and-switch. A separate one-star review describes finding their own profile in Clodura's database without consent and getting a bounced email on a removal request — a complaint common to B2B contact databases generally, not unique to Clodura, but worth knowing given its GDPR/CCPA compliance claim. The positive reviews credit verified emails, direct dials, and sequencing for cutting bounce rates and prospecting time. With only 5 total reviews, none of this is a statistically meaningful signal — it's a data point, not a verdict.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Full feature parity across Free, Max, and PAYG — no dialer or AI features locked to a higher tier
  • Unlimited seats on every plan, including free
  • Transparent, published credit-to-action conversion rates
  • Data, verification, outreach, and dialing genuinely live in one platform

Cons

  • Public review base is tiny (5 Trustpilot reviews) and the negative third are all tied to one recurring dispute
  • "Volume discount" tiers save only 1-5% despite the label
  • PAYG credits cost roughly 2.5x more per unit than an annual subscription
  • G2's 4.6/5 badge is vendor-displayed and we couldn't verify it independently

Clodura alternatives

  • Apollo — the closest direct comparison: another database-plus-sequencer-plus-dialer bundle, with a larger public review base.
  • Cognism — enterprise-focused B2B data with a stronger compliance and international-coverage pitch, priced higher.
  • Lusha — a lighter-weight contact-data specialist without the dialer or sequencing layer.
  • Instantly — dedicated cold email sending infrastructure and sequencing, without the contact database.
  • Slicey — managed, done-for-you Google and Microsoft inboxes (Microsoft from $0.49 per inbox) with a self-serve dashboard, delivered pre-warmed with deliverability monitoring and automatic domain swaps. Slicey customers also get Outfalcon, a free bundled sequencer with unlimited sending.

Who should use Clodura — and who shouldn't

Good fit: small and mid-sized sales teams that want to collapse a data subscription, a verifier, a sequencer, and a dialer into one bill, and who are comfortable with a credit-metered model rather than flat per-seat pricing.

Poor fit: teams that need a large, heavily documented third-party track record before buying (the review base here is too small to lean on); anyone who was burned by the AppSumo lifetime-deal changes and needs ironclad assurance that current plan terms won't shift; teams whose volume needs sit right at a tier boundary, where the "discount" tiers barely move the per-credit price.
