The vendor advertises 97% data accuracy and 95% email deliverability for contacts found this way. Those are Reply's own claimed figures, not numbers we independently verified, and it's worth noting one detail from a Trustpilot review below: users have historically complained about Reply guessing between multiple email-format possibilities for a contact, which is the opposite of what a "verified, real-time" claim implies.

How it works

Setup is genuinely just four steps: install the extension, log into LinkedIn, run a People search with normal LinkedIn filters (location, company, industry, seniority), then select and transfer matches into a new list, an existing list, or straight into a live sequence. From there, prospect management and task management happen on Reply's People page — moving contacts between statuses, blacklisting, and viewing every task tied to a given contact.

The catch is the same as any bundled feature: Findy only works logged into a Reply.io account, and the contacts it finds draw against Reply's shared "Live Data" credit pool (50 credits/month on every plan, with paid top-up packages for more). There's no way to run Findy against a different sequencer, and no published price for Findy alone — you're paying for Reply.io, and Findy comes with it.

If your actual goal is LinkedIn-to-outreach automation rather than high email volume, Multichannel at $89–$99/user is the more honest comparison, since it folds LinkedIn automation into the base price instead of charging $69/month per account on top, the way Email Volume does. Run 3 seats on Email Volume with LinkedIn messaging enabled and you're at roughly $159 + (3 × $69) = $366/month before any data-credit top-ups — a number the pricing page doesn't show you until you start adding accounts.

There is no independent review trail for Findy specifically — it isn't listed separately on G2 or Trustpilot, so every rating below describes Reply.io, the platform Findy is bundled into, not the extension in isolation. That's a meaningful caveat: a 4.6-star platform rating doesn't confirm the LinkedIn-finder feature performs to the same standard.

On those terms, Reply.io holds 4.6/5 across roughly 1,400 G2 reviews and 4.5/5 across 244 Trustpilot reviews, both large enough samples to take seriously. The positive pattern in longer-tenured reviews is consistent: multi-year customers cite CRM integrations (Salesforce came up directly in one recent Trustpilot review), fast in-app chat support, and reliable sequence automation as reasons they've stuck around.

The negative pattern splits into two real, sourced themes. First, deliverability and email-accuracy complaints: one 3-star Trustpilot reviewer described Reply returning "3 different email formats" per contact, forcing a guess that drove bounce rates high enough to auto-suspend a sequence at Reply's own 50%-bounce safety threshold — a direct contradiction of the "verified, real-time" pitch Findy's own landing page makes today, though the review predates Findy's current accuracy claims and may reflect an older version of the data engine. Second, feature reliability and support responsiveness: a 2-star reviewer reported LinkedIn automation taking up to six hours to register replies and inadequate sequence-to-sequence lead handoffs; Reply's own reply to that review (visible on Trustpilot) acknowledged the LinkedIn integration issue and said it had since been rebuilt, which at least shows the complaint got a documented response rather than silence.
