Floqer Review

Floqer is an AI-agent platform that enriches CRM records via a multi-source waterfall, tracks buying signals, and routes alerts into sales workflows.

Floqer sells CRM data quality as an automated, agent-driven pipeline rather than a one-time enrichment pass. It runs a waterfall across more than 100 data sources per field, layers in 80+ buying signals like funding and hiring changes, and pushes the results into Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slack through one-click workflows. This review covers what's verifiable from Floqer's own site and pricing page, and what we could not confirm independently.

What kind of tool is Floqer?

Floqer positions itself as "AI agents for CRM data enrichment." Instead of pulling from a single vendor database, it runs a waterfall: if one source lacks a data point for a company or contact, it tries the next, aiming to fill fields that a single-source tool like Clearbit or Lusha would leave blank. On top of enrichment, it layers signal tracking (funding rounds, hiring surges, website visits, buying intent) and routes flagged accounts to reps through Slack, in-app alerts, or direct CRM writes.

The vendor cites Perplexity, Wise, AngelList, Pulumi, DXC, and HockeyStack as customers, along with a claim of 10M+ records enriched and 1,500+ revenue teams using the platform daily. Those figures come from Floqer's own marketing and haven't been independently verified.

How it works

Sign-up starts on a free tier with 100 credits and no credit card required, which is enough to test the waterfall against your own CRM before paying. From there, Floqer connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Zoho, or Airtable, plus a two-way Snowflake sync for teams that warehouse their own data. Enrichment runs continuously in the background — "self-healing" records that recheck for job changes and dead data daily, rather than a one-time import. A Chrome extension adds LinkedIn-based lookups for one-off prospect research outside the main workflow builder.

A few things worth flagging before you commit:

  • Credit cost per enrichment action isn't published. Floqer doesn't state how many credits a single record enrichment, signal check, or verification consumes, so you can't turn the per-credit price above into a reliable per-record cost without testing it on your own data first.
  • Unlimited seats is real and unusual — most CRM enrichment and sales-intelligence tools charge per user; Floqer includes unlimited seats and workflows even on the $49 tier.
  • Enterprise-only compliance gates — SSO, SAML, RBAC, SOC 2 Type 2, and VPC deployment are Enterprise exclusives, so security-sensitive teams should expect a custom quote rather than the self-serve tiers.
  • Credits roll over for 12 months post-subscription, which softens the risk of overbuying a tier you don't fully use in a given month.

What we could and couldn't verify

We could verify Floqer's stated pricing tiers, feature list, and integration list directly from its site and pricing page. We could not find independent third-party reviews: G2 does not return a public reviews page for Floqer that we could access, and we found no active Reddit threads (r/sales, r/RevOps, r/salesops) or Trustpilot listings discussing it at the time of writing. That's not a red flag by itself — plenty of newer B2B tools have thin public review footprints — but it means the customer logos, the "10M+ records enriched" figure, and the "1,500+ revenue teams" figure are vendor claims we're relaying, not claims we've confirmed against outside sources. Treat this section as a call to test the free tier against your own data rather than a substitute for that test.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Waterfall across 100+ sources per field, which typically fills more of a record than any single-source enrichment tool
  • Unlimited seats and workflows on every plan, including the cheapest paid tier
  • Free tier with no credit card required, useful for testing against real CRM data before paying
  • Broad CRM and warehouse coverage (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Zoho, Airtable, Snowflake)
  • Credits roll over for a full year, reducing waste from monthly overbuying

Cons

  • No independently verifiable reviews or ratings exist yet
  • Credit cost per specific action (enrichment vs. verification vs. signal check) isn't published, making real per-record cost hard to predict up front
  • Compliance features (SSO, SOC 2, VPC) are locked to Enterprise, with pricing available only on request
  • Vendor-cited customer logos and usage stats can't be cross-checked independently

Floqer alternatives

  • Clay — the most direct comparison for multi-source waterfall enrichment, with a heavier focus on custom workflow building and AI research steps.
  • Clearbit (now part of HubSpot Breeze) — single-vendor firmographic and contact enrichment, simpler but narrower in source coverage.
  • Apollo — combines a contact database with enrichment and outbound sequencing in one platform, trading depth of waterfall enrichment for an all-in-one sales stack.
  • ZoomInfo — enterprise-grade contact and intent data with a much larger sales team and price tag attached.
  • Lusha — lighter-weight contact enrichment and prospecting, priced and scoped for smaller teams than Floqer's RevOps positioning.

Who should use Floqer — and who shouldn't

Good fit: RevOps and GTM teams that already think in workflows and waterfalls, want unlimited seats instead of per-user pricing, and need enrichment to run continuously rather than as a periodic bulk import. Teams already on Salesforce, HubSpot, or Snowflake will find the integration list directly relevant.

Poor fit: small teams or solo founders who need a simple one-off contact lookup rather than a continuous enrichment pipeline — the credit-based, workflow-driven model is built for scale, not for occasional use. Also a poor fit for security-sensitive buyers who need SSO or SOC 2 immediately, since those sit behind a custom Enterprise quote rather than the published self-serve tiers.
