GodmodeHQ Review

GodmodeHQ is an AI sales platform whose agents source and verify leads daily, then draft multi-channel outreach for human review, billed per lead.

GodmodeHQ pitches itself as an AI sales team: agents that source, research, and verify leads every day, then draft personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn while a person approves what actually goes out. This review checks that pitch against what's verifiable today — the real pricing math and what third-party sentiment actually exists, which turned out to be thinner than the search results around this tool suggest.

Verdict at a glance

Best forSales teams and agencies that want an AI-run lead-research-to-outreach pipeline with a human approval step
Starting price$250/month for 250 leads (businesses up to $1M+ revenue)
Real cost per leadA flat $1 per lead/credit on every published tier — higher tiers buy more seats and support, not a cheaper unit price
Setup speedSelf-serve signup with a stated free trial; time-to-value depends on how many CRM, email, and LinkedIn accounts you connect
Standout featureA review inbox for approving each AI-drafted action before it sends, plus publishable agents for teammates or customers
Biggest caveatNo listing on G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, or Product Hunt, and no independent Reddit discussion — see below
Third-party ratingNone independently verifiable

What is GodmodeHQ?

GodmodeHQ is a browser-based platform built around "AI Associates": agents configured with an ideal customer profile, a knowledge base, and connected tools (Gmail, Outlook, Hubspot, Salesforce, Slack, Notion, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Apollo, web search). The agents identify accounts, research them, draft a sales angle, and send first-touch outreach, with a human reviewing the queue rather than the AI sending unsupervised. It also includes a narrower automation builder (extract data from a document, check a hiring page, draft a follow-up), embeddable lead-capture forms, and the ability to publish a finished agent for coworkers or customers to reuse.

How it works

Setup is chat-driven: you write instructions in natural language, tag data sources with an "@" mention (a contact, a document, a company name), and pick which tools the agent can call. A campaign builder chains multi-step sequences (send email, wait two days, send a LinkedIn message), and a shared inbox surfaces the agent's proposed actions — a drafted reply, a compiled list, a send-ready email — for a teammate to accept or edit before anything sends. That review step is the main way GodmodeHQ avoids the "AI spams your prospects" failure mode.

GodmodeHQ pricing (2026)

Up to $1M+ revenue$250250$1.00
$10M+ revenue$500500$1.00
$20M+ revenue (Enterprise)CustomCustomCustom

GodmodeHQ prices everything as a "credit" — one credit is one research action (find an email, verify a phone number, pull a company description). The site states "each task is equal to one another and will cost the same," and the math bears that out: $250 for 250 leads and $500 for 500 leads both land at exactly $1.00 per lead. Unlike most SaaS tiers, moving up doesn't buy a volume discount — it buys more sending seats (3 email/LinkedIn accounts on the entry plan versus 5 on the next), a dedicated account executive, 24/7 founder access, custom data integrations, and knowledge-base uploads. The site's own copy is inconsistent about the free trial — the homepage advertises "50 leads on us," while the pricing FAQ states 100 free credits — so confirm the number directly rather than relying on either. Outlook integration and unlimited sending seats are gated to the custom Enterprise tier.

What we could and couldn't verify

We confirmed the pricing and feature claims above directly from GodmodeHQ's live site, which was fully interactive at review time. We could not confirm any independent review record: no reachable G2 or Trustpilot page, no working Product Hunt reviews page (it 404s), and a Reddit search turned up no discussion of GodmodeHQ by name on r/sales or similar communities. Several AI-tool directory write-ups read like competitor content marketing rather than independent testing, including one from a rival vendor whose piece opens by declaring "GodmodeHQ is dead," claiming the product shut down. Our direct test — working pricing, signup, and demo — contradicts that claim, so treat it skeptically rather than as fact. Separately, the site's own FAQ lists its support contact at a troylabs.io address rather than godmodehq.com; a minor inconsistency, not evidence of anything on its own.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Broad tool coverage in one place: CRM, email, LinkedIn, document extraction, and web research under one agent
  • Human review inbox keeps a person in the loop before anything sends
  • Flat, simple per-credit pricing with no confusing usage bands
  • Agents can be published for teammates or customers to reuse directly
  • Free trial credits available without a sales call

Cons

  • No volume discount — the per-lead price never drops as spend increases, only seats and support change
  • No independent reviews on G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, or Product Hunt, so there's no outside signal on reliability or support quality
  • The site's own copy is inconsistent on trial size (50 leads vs. 100 credits)
  • Outlook access and unlimited sending seats require the custom Enterprise tier
  • A competitor's "shut down" claim is circulating with no supporting evidence we could find

GodmodeHQ alternatives

  • Apollo — a much larger contact database paired with its own sequencing and dialer, better for teams that need list volume alongside outreach.
  • Artisan — a similarly positioned "AI SDR" with its own agent (Ava) for research and outreach.
  • 11x — another AI SDR platform competing on the same fully-autonomous-outbound pitch.
  • LaGrowthMachine — multichannel sequencing (email, LinkedIn, Twitter) with less emphasis on autonomous research.
  • Reply.io — established sequencing platform with AI features layered on a longer public track record.
  • Slicey — managed, done-for-you Google and Microsoft inboxes (Microsoft from $0.49 per inbox) with a self-serve dashboard, delivered pre-warmed with deliverability monitoring and automatic domain swaps. Slicey customers also get Outfalcon, a free bundled sequencer with unlimited sending.

Who should use GodmodeHQ — and who shouldn't

Good fit: small teams or agencies that want one tool to handle research, drafting, and first-touch outreach, and are comfortable reviewing AI-drafted actions before they send.

Poor fit: teams that need independent proof of deliverability and support quality before committing budget — that evidence doesn't currently exist for this product; teams that want volume discounts at scale, since the per-lead price stays flat regardless of plan; and anyone who needs Outlook support or unlimited sending seats without a custom Enterprise conversation.
