Hyperscale Review

Hyperscale finds verified leads and sends AI-personalized emails and DMs across Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, and Instagram on a per-credit plan.

Hyperscale bundles the top of the outbound funnel into one subscription: it finds verified leads, researches them, and sends AI-personalized emails and DMs across Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. This review covers what's verifiable from the vendor's own site, what the real per-credit math looks like, and where independent evidence runs out.

Verdict at a glance

Best forStartups and small teams with a clearly defined ICP who want lead sourcing and outreach in one tool
Starting price$39/user/month (Starter, 1,000 credits)
Real costCredits are shared across search, research, and sending, so per-message cost varies by how much research each lead needs
Setup speedNot independently timed; vendor positions it as connect-and-go for Gmail/Outlook/LinkedIn/Instagram
Standout featureOne workflow covering lead discovery, research, and multichannel sending, including Instagram DMs
Biggest caveatStarter and PRO are priced per seat; Growth is priced per team — a small team scales price differently depending on which tier it's on

What is Hyperscale?

Hyperscale is a lead-generation-plus-outreach platform: instead of pairing a separate data provider (Apollo, ZoomInfo) with a separate sender (Instantly, Smartlead), it does both in one product. It searches lead databases for contacts matching your targeting, runs an AI research pass on each one, then generates and sends a personalized message rather than a templated one with mail-merge fields swapped in.

The channel list is broader than most competitors in this category: alongside Gmail and Outlook for email, it sends LinkedIn and Instagram DMs natively. That makes it a fit for D2C and influencer-adjacent outreach as well as standard B2B email sequencing, which is unusual positioning — most tools in this space pick either email infrastructure or social selling, not both.

How it works

You define targeting criteria (industry, role, company size), and Hyperscale searches its connected databases for matching contacts, attaching an accuracy signal to each. A research layer then pulls context beyond job title and company — the vendor's own language contrasts this with "fake, guessed, or personal Gmail/Hotmail" contacts from cheaper data sources, though it does not publish an independent accuracy percentage to verify that claim against. Message generation and sending follow automatically, with scheduling and follow-up sequences handled inside the same workflow. Responses and pipeline sync out to HubSpot, Close, or other mainstream CRMs, or export as CSV.

Hyperscale pricing (2026)

PlanPriceCredits/monthBilled
Starter$391,000Per user
PRO$1495,000Per user
Growth$59950,000Per team/workspace

On paper, per-credit cost drops sharply as you move up: roughly $0.039/credit on Starter, $0.030/credit on PRO, and $0.012/credit on Growth. But the real cost depends on what a credit buys, and Hyperscale's public pages don't spell out a fixed credit cost per lead search, per research pass, and per message sent — those likely draw down at different rates. That means two teams targeting the same volume of prospects could see very different effective costs depending on how research-heavy their ICP is to find.

The seat structure also matters for planning: Starter and PRO scale per user, so a 5-person team on PRO is $745/month before any add-ons, while Growth flips to a flat team price at $599/month regardless of seat count. A team of 4-5 people may find Growth cheaper than PRO on a per-seat basis, despite the sticker price looking higher.

What we could and couldn't verify

We verified the plan names, prices, credit allocations, and core feature list directly from Hyperscale's marketing site. We could not verify claimed lead accuracy percentages, deliverability rates, or reply-rate figures shown in on-site customer testimonials — those are vendor-selected and unaudited, so we're not repeating specific numbers here as fact. We searched for independent third-party evidence — G2, Trustpilot, and Reddit — and found no accessible reviews, ratings, or discussion threads for Hyperscale at the time of writing. That's not unusual for a newer entrant, but it means there's currently no independent way to confirm real-world deliverability, support quality, or churn beyond what the vendor states about itself.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Combines lead sourcing, research, and sending in one tool instead of stitching together two or three products
  • Broader channel coverage than most competitors, including native Instagram DMs
  • CRM integration with common platforms (HubSpot, Close) plus CSV export as a fallback
  • Credit pricing scales down per unit at higher tiers

Cons

  • No independent reviews found on G2, Trustpilot, or Reddit to cross-check vendor claims
  • Credit costs per action (search vs. research vs. send) aren't itemized publicly, making real cost hard to predict in advance
  • Starter and PRO are per-seat, which gets expensive for teams of three or more before Growth's flat pricing kicks in
  • No published data on deliverability or inbox placement, which matters more than lead quality once volume climbs

Hyperscale alternatives

  • Slicey — managed, done-for-you Google and Microsoft inboxes (Microsoft from $0.49 per inbox) with a self-serve dashboard, delivered pre-warmed with deliverability monitoring and automatic domain swaps. Slicey customers also get Outfalcon, a free bundled sequencer with unlimited sending.
  • Apollo — the larger, longer-established combination of a lead database and sequencer, with a free tier and more publicly documented usage at scale.
  • ZoomInfo — enterprise-grade contact data with far more third-party track record, at a materially higher price point and without Hyperscale's built-in AI message generation.
  • Outreach — sequencing and sales engagement built for larger sales orgs, priced and scoped for enterprise rather than solo/startup use.
  • Reply.io (Findy) — multichannel sequencing with its own AI features, positioned closer to Hyperscale's price range for smaller teams.

Who should use Hyperscale — and who shouldn't

Good fit: startups and solopreneurs with a tightly defined ICP who want lead sourcing and outreach in one subscription rather than stitching tools together; B2B service businesses (recruiting, IT, consulting) running steady, moderate-volume outbound; teams that specifically want Instagram DMs alongside email in the same workflow.

Poor fit: teams that need independently verified deliverability or accuracy data before buying — that evidence doesn't yet exist publicly for Hyperscale; high-volume senders who need transparent, itemized per-action pricing to forecast costs precisely; anyone already invested in a mature data provider (Apollo, ZoomInfo) who just needs a sender, since Hyperscale's value is in bundling, not in being the cheapest option for either half alone.
