Icereach Review

Icereach's domain now redirects to Replygrow, a near-identical LinkedIn automation tool; here's what we verified on pricing, features, and the apparent rebrand.

Icereach built its pitch around cloud-based LinkedIn automation: personalized connection invitations and follow-up messages sent on a schedule, leads pulled from LinkedIn profiles, and campaigns that kept running whether or not a browser was open. That pitch has since moved. As of this review, icereach.com no longer resolves to an Icereach product — the domain forwards permanently to app.icereach.com, which forwards again to replygrow.com, a LinkedIn automation platform with a nearly identical feature list and no visible reference to Icereach anywhere on its pages. This review covers what Icereach advertised, what its apparent successor offers today, and what we could and couldn't confirm along the way.

What happened to Icereach?

Typing icereach.com into a browser now produces two 301 redirects in a row, ending at replygrow.com. Replygrow describes itself as cloud-based LinkedIn automation for agencies and sales teams — the same category, with overlapping language: personalized invitations and messages "on autopilot," multi-account management, and no requirement to keep a browser open. Nothing on Replygrow's site mentions Icereach, a name change, or a customer migration, so we can't confirm this is an official rebrand rather than, say, a lapsed domain repointed to an unrelated competitor. What's verifiable is the redirect chain itself plus the strong feature overlap; treat the connection as circumstantial rather than confirmed.

What Icereach used to offer

Based on its last available marketing copy, Icereach sold cloud-hosted LinkedIn prospecting: personalized connection invitations and follow-up sequences, lead collection from LinkedIn profiles into exportable lists, and management of multiple LinkedIn accounts from one dashboard, with built-in safeguards meant to reduce the odds of a LinkedIn account getting flagged. Listed pricing was $79 per user per month billed monthly, or an effective $66 per user per month on annual billing.

What the current site (Replygrow) offers

Replygrow's live marketing describes the same shape of product with some added specifics: lead discovery pulled from LinkedIn's standard search, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter, with access to a claimed pool of more than 800 million profiles; a cap of up to 300 connection requests per LinkedIn account per week; support for connecting more than one LinkedIn account per subscription; and integration with outside tools through Zapier and Make rather than native CRM connectors. The site advertises a 4.8/5 rating on G2 and more than 1,000 users, plus a 7-day free trial requiring no credit card. None of those figures are ones we independently verified — they're presented here as the vendor's own claims.

What we could and couldn't verify

We could confirm the domain redirect chain from icereach.com to replygrow.com, and that Replygrow's public marketing describes LinkedIn automation features consistent with what Icereach used to advertise. We could not confirm current pricing (the live pricing page loads without listing actual numbers, pushing visitors into a signup flow instead), any G2 or Trustpilot review data (both blocked automated access during this research pass), whether the rebrand is official, or whether existing Icereach customers were migrated, notified, or left to find the new product on their own. No independent third-party reviews of either brand name were accessible to us, so treat the sentiment picture here as unverified rather than absent-but-positive.

Pros and cons

Pros (as advertised, unverified by us)

  • Cloud-based operation means campaigns keep sending without a browser staying open
  • Multi-account support fits agencies running outreach for several clients or profiles
  • Large claimed lead pool (800M+ profiles) sourced from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter
  • Free trial available with no credit card required

Cons

  • The original Icereach brand is gone from public view, with no explanation for buyers who land on icereach.com
  • No independently verifiable third-party reviews or ratings for either name
  • Pricing is no longer public — a signup is required before seeing a number
  • Continuity of support, data, or account migration for prior Icereach customers is unknown

Alternatives

LinkedIn automation is a crowded category with several longer-tenured, better-documented options:

  • Dux-Soup — one of the oldest LinkedIn automation tools, browser-extension based, with a long public track record and review history.
  • PhantomBuster — a broader scraping-and-automation platform that includes LinkedIn automations alongside many other data sources.
  • TexAu — no-code automation across LinkedIn and other platforms, similar positioning to Linked Helper-style tools.
  • Taplio — focused on LinkedIn content and personal-brand growth rather than cold outreach; worth considering if the goal is inbound rather than automated cold contact.
  • Apollo — a broader sales prospecting and outreach platform with LinkedIn-adjacent data, useful if you want prospecting beyond LinkedIn alone.

Who should consider this — and who shouldn't

Good fit: buyers who land on Replygrow directly, understand it as its own product, and want cloud-based LinkedIn outreach with multi-account support — evaluated on its current merits rather than on Icereach's old marketing.

Poor fit: anyone specifically trying to buy or renew "Icereach" and expecting continuity with the product they originally signed up for — there's no confirmation that's what they'd get, and no on-site explanation of what changed. Teams that need documented, independently verifiable reviews before buying should also wait until more third-party data exists.
