Juicebox Review

Juicebox is an AI recruiting platform where you describe a candidate in plain language, then it searches 800M+ profiles and automates outreach.

Juicebox sells AI-assisted sourcing for recruiters: describe the candidate you want in plain English instead of building Boolean strings, get a ranked list back from a claimed 800 million-plus profile index, then send automated outreach sequences without leaving the tool. This review covers what's verified on the vendor's own site, what we could and couldn't confirm independently, and who it fits.

Verdict at a glance

What kind of tool is Juicebox?

Juicebox is a talent-sourcing platform built around a natural-language search engine the vendor calls PeopleGPT. Instead of Boolean strings and keyword filters, a recruiter types a description of who they need, and the platform returns matching candidates pulled from a claimed 800 million-plus profiles across 30-plus data sources. The company frames this as reaching candidates that standard keyword sourcing misses — people who don't self-label with the exact job title a recruiter is searching for.

Beyond search, Juicebox layers on real-time talent market insights (supply/demand signals for a given search), AI agents that run background sourcing and shortlisting continuously rather than on a one-off basis, and outreach tooling to contact candidates once they're found. It positions itself against LinkedIn Recruiter on cost and against sourcing tools like hireEZ on search quality, though we could not independently verify either comparison.

How it works

Accounts start with a plain-language query — no filter-building required. Results come back as a ranked candidate list with enriched profile data. From there, outreach runs as automated, multi-step, personalized email sequences, with the vendor claiming "up to 3x more replies" versus standard outreach (a vendor claim we have not verified independently). Campaigns track opens, replies, and engagement, and connected mailboxes send through Gmail or Outlook via the platform.

AI Agents ($199 per agent, per month, on top of a base plan) push this further: rather than running one search at a time, an agent sources and qualifies candidates continuously in the background and can auto-email or auto-shortlist matches. Sequencer-style ATS integration (Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Bullhorn, Workday, and others are advertised) and CRM sync round out the workflow, though per the current pricing page those integrations are listed under the Business plan rather than Starter or Growth.

Juicebox pricing (2026)

PlanMonthly priceSeatsCredits/monthMailboxes
Free$015 contact credits (one-off)
Starter$991500 contact + 500 export1
Growth$179/seatUp to 51,500 contact + 1,500 export per seat3/seat
BusinessCustomCustomUnlimited contact, 2,250 export/seat6/seat

Annual billing takes 15% off the monthly rate per the pricing page — roughly $84/month on Starter and $152/seat/month on Growth, though we recommend confirming the exact figure at checkout since vendor pricing pages change without notice.

Three things change the real math:

  • Credits aren't 1:1. An email-type contact credit costs 1 credit, but a phone number costs 3. A recruiter pulling phone numbers for half their list will burn through a 500-credit Starter allotment far faster than the headline number suggests.
  • Agents are a separate line item. At $199/agent/month, running two or three always-on sourcing agents can cost more than the base plan itself.
  • Growth is priced per seat, not per team. A 5-seat Growth team runs $895/month before annual discount, not the $179 sticker price.

What we could and couldn't verify

We pulled pricing, features, and plan limits directly from Juicebox's own site. We could not confirm independent, substantive review data. G2 lists a product page for "Juicebox (PeopleGPT)" but blocked automated access to review content during this research pass. A same-named "Juicebox" listing on Capterra turned out to be an unrelated business-intelligence product, not this tool, so we discarded it rather than risk misattributing its reviews. No meaningful Reddit or Trustpilot discussion of juicebox.ai surfaced either. We're not citing a star rating or review count here because we couldn't verify one directly — treat any rating you see elsewhere with the same caution until you've checked the source yourself.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Natural-language search removes the Boolean-string skill barrier from sourcing
  • Search, outreach, and pipeline tracking live in one product instead of three
  • Free tier lets you test search quality before paying
  • AI Agents offer always-on sourcing rather than one-off searches
  • Broad advertised ATS/CRM integration list (41 ATS, 21 CRM platforms) for teams on the Business plan

Cons

  • Phone-number credits cost 3x an email credit, which isn't obvious from the pricing page's headline numbers
  • ATS/CRM sync is a Business-tier (custom-priced) feature, not included in Starter or Growth
  • Agents add $199/month each on top of a base plan
  • No independently verifiable review data at publication, so deliverability of the "800M profiles" and "3x replies" claims rests on the vendor's own word

Juicebox alternatives

  • hireEZ — outbound-focused sourcing platform with a longer track record and its own AI search, closest direct competitor on search-plus-outreach.
  • SeekOut — sourcing platform with strong DEI and technical-talent filters, generally priced for larger in-house teams.
  • Gem — recruiting CRM and outreach platform with deeper ATS-native workflows, popular with tech recruiting teams.
  • Fetcher — AI sourcing with a managed-service option for teams that want candidates delivered rather than self-served.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter — the incumbent; larger network reach but no natural-language search and a materially higher list price.
  • Loxo — combined ATS/CRM/sourcing suite, a fit for agencies wanting one system instead of Juicebox plus a separate ATS.

Who should use Juicebox — and who shouldn't

Good fit: in-house recruiters and agencies working specialized, hard-to-fill searches where keyword sourcing keeps surfacing the same over-contacted candidates; teams that want search and outreach in a single subscription rather than stitching tools together; anyone testing whether natural-language search actually finds candidates their current Boolean strings miss.

Poor fit: high-volume, low-specialization hiring where credit costs (especially phone-heavy searches) add up fast; teams that need ATS/CRM sync on a budget plan, since that's gated to custom Business pricing; buyers who need a verified third-party track record before committing, since one isn't publicly available yet.
