LeadDelta Review

LeadDelta is a LinkedIn CRM that tags, filters, and enriches your connections with a shared inbox and warm-intro mapping, from $17.50 per user monthly.

LeadDelta doesn't find you new prospects — it organizes the ones you already have. It pulls your LinkedIn connections into a contact manager with tags, notes, and lists, adds a shared inbox and warm-introduction mapping for teams, and layers on enrichment credits to fill in emails and phone numbers. This review covers what's verified on the vendor site, what the pricing actually works out to per seat, and where the public evidence runs thin.

Verdict at a glance

Best forFounders, sales teams, recruiters, and VCs who already have a valuable LinkedIn network and want it organized and shared
Starting price$17.50/user/month (Starter), $12.25/user/month billed annually
Real cost per seatCredits and sync frequency are capped by plan — a 5-person sales team on Pro runs $192.50/month ($134.75 annually), before any enrichment overage
Setup speedChrome extension install plus LinkedIn connection sync; no DNS or infrastructure setup involved
Standout featureWarm Introduction AI — maps relationship-strength paths from your team's network to a target contact
Biggest caveatIt only works with connections you already have on LinkedIn; it is not a prospecting or outbound-sending tool
Third-party ratingReported around 4.5-4.8/5 across G2, Product Hunt, and the Chrome Web Store, on review counts too small and inconsistently reported to treat as definitive

What kind of tool is LeadDelta?

LeadDelta is a browser-based CRM layered on top of your personal or team LinkedIn account. Instead of connections sitting unsorted in LinkedIn's native list, LeadDelta imports them into a searchable database where you can tag people by role or deal stage, leave private notes, set reminders, and filter down to exactly the segment you want to message. For teams, connections can be pooled into a shared workspace so a whole sales or recruiting team can see and act on each other's networks — useful when relationships built by one person need to be usable by the rest of the org.

How it works

Setup is a Chrome extension plus account sync rather than any infrastructure work: connect your LinkedIn account, and LeadDelta pulls your connections in on a cadence that scales with plan tier — once a day on Starter, up to every 15 minutes on Business. From there, the sidebar surfaces LeadDelta's notes and tags directly on LinkedIn profiles as you browse, and a smart inbox consolidates messages with AI-drafted reply suggestions. Data enrichment (emails, phone numbers) runs on an annual credit allowance rather than unlimited lookups, and Business-tier customers get access to Warm Intro AI, which scores the strength of connection paths between your team and a target contact.

Starter$17.50$12.25600
Pro$38.50$26.952,400
Business$69.30$48.516,000
EnterpriseCustomCustomCustom

The annual discount is a flat 30% off monthly pricing at every tier, which is a genuine saving if you're committing for a year — a single Pro seat drops from $462/year to $323.40/year. The real-cost wrinkle is per-seat multiplication: pricing is per user, so a 10-person team on Pro is $3,850/month before any discount, not the $38.50 sticker price that shows up in marketing. Enrichment credits are also capped and reset annually — Starter's 600 credits works out to roughly 50 lookups a month, thin for anyone doing active enrichment beyond casual note-taking.

What we could and couldn't verify

LeadDelta's aggregate ratings are reported in the high 4s across G2, Product Hunt, and the Chrome Web Store, but the underlying review counts are small (roughly two to four dozen on G2 depending on source) and we were not able to pull individual review text to analyze recurring complaint themes — G2 blocks automated access to full review pages, and no substantive Reddit thread discussing hands-on use of LeadDelta turned up in search. The one consistent qualitative note surfacing across secondary sources is that LeadDelta is scoped to LinkedIn specifically and isn't an outreach-automation or sending tool, which some reviewers flag as a limitation rather than a complaint about execution. We're stating this plainly rather than manufacturing depth: treat the star ratings as a directional signal, not a substitute for reading current reviews yourself before buying.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Turns an unmanaged LinkedIn connection list into a searchable, taggable database
  • Team shared-workspace model lets a whole org benefit from one person's network
  • Warm Introduction AI is a genuinely distinctive feature for warm-path prospecting
  • No DNS, domain, or infrastructure setup — install and sync
  • Flat 30% annual discount applies at every tier

Cons

  • Only organizes connections you already have — no net-new prospecting or list-building
  • Enrichment is credit-capped, not unlimited, even on paid tiers
  • Pricing is per seat, so team costs scale linearly and add up quickly
  • Public review volume is too small to draw firm conclusions about long-term reliability

LeadDelta alternatives

  • Folk — general-purpose relationship CRM with LinkedIn import, aimed at founders and small teams beyond just LinkedIn contacts.
  • Dux-Soup — LinkedIn automation focused on connection requests and outreach sequencing rather than contact organization.
  • Waalaxy — LinkedIn and email prospecting/automation tool, oriented toward outbound volume rather than existing-network management.
  • Kaspr — LinkedIn-integrated contact enrichment (emails, phone numbers) with a simpler, enrichment-first feature set.
  • Clay — broader data enrichment and workflow-automation platform for teams that need more than LinkedIn-sourced contacts.
  • ContactOut — email and phone finder with LinkedIn integration, aimed at prospecting rather than relationship management.

Who should use LeadDelta — and who shouldn't

Good fit: founders, recruiters, VCs, and sales leaders whose pipeline already runs through a personal or team LinkedIn network worth organizing, and teams that want warm introductions surfaced automatically instead of hunted for manually.

Poor fit: teams that need net-new prospect lists or outbound sending — LeadDelta doesn't source new contacts or send messages at scale — and anyone whose budget can't absorb per-seat pricing multiplying across a team.
