Leadinfo Review

Leadinfo identifies anonymous B2B website visitors in real time, surfaces decision-maker contacts, and syncs with 70+ CRMs and ad platforms from €69/month.

Leadinfo turns anonymous B2B website traffic into named companies and, further down the funnel, named people. It identifies the businesses visiting your site in real time, matches them against a 300M+ record database to surface decision-maker contacts, and pushes the result into whichever CRM or outreach channel your team already runs on. This review covers verified pricing, where the real costs sit, and what we could and couldn't confirm about how it holds up in practice.

What is Leadinfo?

Leadinfo is a website visitor identification platform aimed at B2B companies that get traffic but lose most of it anonymously. A script on your site matches visiting IP addresses against Leadinfo's company database, so instead of an analytics dashboard full of unnamed sessions, you get a daily list of named companies that visited, which pages they viewed, and how engaged they were. It then goes further than most identification tools by surfacing named decision-maker contacts at those companies, so a sales rep has someone to actually reach out to rather than just a logo to guess at.

How it works

Setup is a tracking script added to your site, similar to any analytics tag, with no dedicated developer project required. Once live, Leadinfo's AI filtering removes traffic it judges to be bots or existing customers, and the remaining company visits get scored and routed into your CRM through one of 70+ native integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, and others), or triggered into email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns via the built-in automation and Autopilot tools. Higher tiers add richer routing: automated CRM syncing, bulk tagging, and CRM-based automation rules on Scale and Pro.

Leadinfo pricing (2026)

PlanMonthly priceCompanies identifiedUsers/automations
Starter€69Up to 1003
Scale€159–€539Up to 5,000+10
Pro€359–€8895,000+Unlimited

A few things the pricing page doesn't put front and center:

  • Volume is the real lever, not features. Scale and Pro both quote a range — €159–€539 and €359–€889 respectively — because the price climbs with how many companies you identify per month. A team that outgrows the Starter cap of 100 companies isn't just upgrading tiers, it's stepping onto a volume-based price curve.
  • Add-ons sit outside every plan. Autopilot (automated outreach sequencing) and Leadbot Business (chat-based lead capture) both start at €59 per seat, and Liquid Content (dynamic on-site personalization) is €39/month on top. None of these are bundled into the base subscription price.
  • Support and CSM access are tier-gated. Email-only support on Starter becomes phone support on Scale and a dedicated Customer Success Manager only on Pro — worth knowing if onboarding help matters to you.

The free trial requires no payment details, so testing whether your traffic volume and target market actually get identified well is low-risk before committing to a plan.

What we could and couldn't verify

Leadinfo's own site cites a 4.8/5 rating from 330+ G2 reviews and several G2 award badges (Momentum Leader, High Performer, Regional Leader). We were not able to load G2's review pages directly to check that number independently or pull specific praise and complaint themes, and Trustpilot and Capterra pages for Leadinfo returned errors when we tried to access them. Reddit search for firsthand user threads on Leadinfo also wasn't accessible during this research pass.

We're stating this plainly rather than filling the gap: we have no independently verified third-party review text to analyze for this tool, and readers should treat the vendor-cited G2 score as a vendor claim, not our own finding. What we can verify directly is the pricing structure and feature set from Leadinfo's current site, which is what the tables above reflect.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Goes beyond company-level identification to named decision-maker contacts
  • 70+ integrations means it slots into most existing CRM and ad-tech stacks
  • Free trial with no card required lowers the cost of testing traffic match quality
  • AI filtering aimed specifically at bot and existing-customer noise

Cons

  • Starter plan's 100-company cap is easy to outgrow if your site gets real B2B traffic
  • Scale and Pro pricing is volume-based and open-ended (€159–€539 and €359–€889), not a flat number
  • Outreach automation (Autopilot) and chat capture (Leadbot Business) cost extra per seat
  • We could not independently verify third-party sentiment for this review

Leadinfo alternatives

  • ZoomInfo — visitor identification bundled inside a much broader B2B data and intent platform, at a higher price point.
  • LeadIQ — leans harder into prospecting and contact discovery during active outbound work rather than passive visitor identification.
  • Leadfeeder (Dealfront) — a close direct competitor on company-level website identification, similar integration story.
  • Albacross — European visitor identification competitor with a comparable company-matching approach.
  • RB2B — narrower, cheaper visitor identification tool focused on LinkedIn-matched person-level alerts rather than a full contact database.

Who should use Leadinfo — and who shouldn't

Good fit: B2B marketing and sales teams with steady website traffic who currently have no visibility into which companies are browsing; agencies running visitor identification across multiple client sites; teams that specifically want a decision-maker contact, not just a company name, to act on.

Poor fit: low-traffic sites that won't clear the Starter plan's 100-company cap most months; teams that only need a simple who-visited log and don't want volume-based pricing creeping up as traffic grows; anyone expecting outreach automation included in the base price rather than as a per-seat add-on.
