LeadsFactory sells the second half of account-based prospecting: you already know which companies you want, and it finds the right human inside each one by scraping LinkedIn Sales Navigator in real time — without ever connecting your own LinkedIn account. This review covers what's verifiable on the vendor site, what isn't, and who the tool actually fits.
| Best for | Teams with a company list who need matched decision-makers, without risking a personal LinkedIn account |
| Starting price | Free (100 companies/month); paid tiers start at €299/month |
| Real cost per contact | Not computable — Premium and Professional plans don't publish volume limits |
| Setup speed | Upload a CSV, define personas and fallback roles, get results |
| Standout feature | Real-time scraping means results reflect who holds the role today, not a stale database snapshot |
| Biggest caveat | No independent reviews found, and the live pricing page shows placeholder text for two of its four plans |
| Third-party rating | None found on G2 or Trustpilot at time of research |
LeadsFactory is a contact-finding layer that sits on top of a company list you already have. Rather than pulling from a static contact database that can list someone who left a role a year ago, it scrapes LinkedIn Sales Navigator live at query time. The pitch is freshness: a search run today reflects who actually holds a title today, at the cost of depending on Sales Navigator being scrapeable and current.
The other headline claim is that it needs no LinkedIn account of your own — a real differentiator against tools that ask you to connect (and risk) a personal or company LinkedIn profile to run searches.
The workflow is a company list in, matched contacts out. You upload a CSV of target companies, define your ideal persona (job title), and set fallback roles for when that exact title doesn't exist at a given company. LeadsFactory's "closest-match job title logic" is meant to handle title variance automatically — recognizing that a CMO, VP Marketing, and Head of Growth are functionally the same buyer at different companies — and the waterfall works through your ranked persona list top-down until it finds a match.
A Clay integration is listed on the vendor site as in development rather than shipped, so anyone building a Clay-based enrichment stack should confirm current status before assuming it's live.
| Plan | Monthly price | What's disclosed |
|---|---|---|
| Free | €0 | 100 companies/month, waterfall search, live scraping |
| Premium | €299 | Marketed as "best deal"; feature list not published |
| Professional | €599 | Positioned for scaling teams; feature list not published |
| Custom | Contact vendor | 1,000+ companies/day, API access, priority queue |
The real-cost story here is unusual: we can't do the normal per-unit math because LeadsFactory's own pricing page doesn't say what you get for the jump from €299 to €599. At the time of this review, both the Premium and Professional tiers show literal placeholder ("lorem ipsum") text where feature bullets should be — meaning the page itself doesn't currently distinguish the two paid mid-tiers from each other. That's worth knowing before you talk to sales: the Free and Custom tiers have real, specific numbers (100 companies/month; 1,000+/day); the two plans in between do not, as published.
We found no G2 or Trustpilot profile for LeadsFactory, and no meaningful Reddit discussion in r/coldemail, r/sales, or similar communities. That's not itself disqualifying for a newer tool, but it means there's no independent sentiment to report — positive or negative. We're not going to manufacture a rating or invent user quotes where none exist.
What we could verify directly from the vendor site: the Free plan's 100-company/month cap, the Custom plan's 1,000+/day and API access, the core waterfall/fallback mechanic, and the fact that Clay integration is explicitly labeled as in-progress rather than available today. What we couldn't verify: any real-world deliverability of the "real-time" scraping claim (how often it actually beats a static database in practice), what Premium and Professional actually include, and any track record of uptime, support responsiveness, or account bans/legal exposure tied to Sales Navigator scraping at scale.
Pros
Cons
Good fit: teams that have already built a target company list and just need the right person inside each one; anyone who specifically doesn't want to connect a personal or company LinkedIn account to a scraping tool; teams tired of enrichment providers returning contacts who left the role months ago.
Poor fit: teams that need company-list building itself (LeadsFactory assumes you already have the companies); buyers who want fully transparent, self-serve pricing before talking to anyone, given the placeholder text on two of the four plans; teams that weight third-party validation heavily in a purchase decision, since none currently exists for this tool.
