Slicey Review

Slicey is a managed cold email infrastructure service: pre-warmed Google and Microsoft inboxes set up for you, with deliverability monitoring and swaps.

Slicey is our product — this page is a first-party profile, written by the team that builds it.

What Slicey is

Slicey sells managed cold email infrastructure: real Google Workspace and Microsoft inboxes, provisioned and configured for you, delivered pre-warmed and ready to plug into whatever sequencer you already run. You get both operating modes: a self-serve dashboard for managing inboxes and domains, and a white-glove service layer behind it — humans set up the infrastructure, watch deliverability on an ongoing basis, and swap out domains and inboxes automatically when reputation degrades, so the sending capacity you pay for stays usable. Slicey customers also get Outfalcon, Slicey's own sequencer, free — with unlimited sending, so the per-seat or per-email meter that sequencers usually run simply isn't there.

How it works

You book a call or reach the team over WhatsApp, describe your volume and targets, and Slicey provisions the domains and inboxes — including DNS, warmup, and sequencer connection. Inboxes arrive pre-warmed rather than needing the usual multi-week ramp. From there the service layer is the product: deliverability tracking with automatic swapping replaces burned domains without you having to notice they burned, domain swaps are unlimited, and campaign consultation is included rather than sold separately.

Each domain supports up to 15,000 emails per month, and capacity scales up or down as campaigns change — Microsoft setups bundle 100 inboxes per domain; Google setups run 3 inboxes per domain, matching how Workspace reputation is best managed.

Pricing

Pricing is per inbox: Microsoft inboxes run $0.49 per inbox per month, provisioned in 100-inbox domain setups (so a fully configured Microsoft domain lands at $49), and Google Workspace inboxes run $3.50 per inbox per month at 3 inboxes per domain. Each domain supports up to 15,000 emails per month. The Microsoft tier is the volume play — the cheapest per-inbox rate in the category among managed services — while the Google tier buys Workspace-grade sending reputation where campaigns demand it. There's no self-serve checkout; scoping happens on the intake call, which also means pricing flexes with volume in a way listed tiers don't.

Who it's for — and who it isn't

Good fit: agencies and outbound teams sending at real volume who would rather buy an outcome (working, monitored sending capacity) than operate infrastructure themselves; teams that have been burned by a provider outage or blacklisting and want someone watching deliverability who isn't them; anyone scaling fast enough that provisioning and swapping domains by hand has become a job.

Poor fit: very small senders running a couple of inboxes don't need managed infrastructure yet, and teams that specifically want to own and operate every DNS record themselves may prefer a pure self-serve platform.

How we compare

We keep detailed, sourced reviews of every major alternative in this category on this site — including their advantages over us where those are real: InboxKit, Mailforge, Zapmail, Maildoso, Mailscale, Infraforge, and more. Read those pages the way you'd read any vendor comparison: we wrote them, we disclosed that, and we kept them factual enough that they're useful even if you never buy from us.
