Warmup timeline

New Microsoft domains ramp for two weeks before full volume. Day 1 to 14 is warmup traffic; from day 15 the domain sends at the tier you picked. If you cannot wait, pre-warmed domains skip the ramp entirely.

Monitoring and swaps

Every domain reports bounces and replies daily to your dashboard. When a domain falls below our thresholds you get an alert with the numbers. Tell us to swap and we replace it with a fresh domain and reconnect the inboxes to your sequencer, at no extra charge.
