How many inboxes do you need
Start from the number of cold emails you want to send per day. On Microsoft each domain sends 200 (Safe), 300 (Balanced) or 500 (Aggressive) emails a day across its 100 inboxes, which keeps every single inbox at two to five emails a day.
1,000 emails a day on Balanced: 4 domains, 400 inboxes, $196 a month.
3,000 emails a day on Balanced: 10 domains, 1,000 inboxes, $490 a month.
10,000 emails a day on Balanced: 34 domains, 3,400 inboxes, $1,666 a month.
On Google Workspace divide your daily volume by 5, 10 or 15 to get the inbox count.

How setup works
1. Choose domains and volume
Pick new domains (we register .com domains for you, or you bring your own), pre-warmed aged domains, or Google Workspace inboxes. Set the sending tier.
2. We provision everything
Tenants, inboxes, DNS records, a stealth redirect from every sending domain to your main site, and warmup for new domains. New Microsoft orders are live within 24 to 48 hours; pre-warmed domains are assigned the moment you pay.
3. Connect your sequencer and send
Inboxes auto-connect to EmailBison, Plusvibe, Smartlead and Instantly. We then track bounces and replies per domain and swap any domain that drops, at no extra cost.
